Servevastdirect is the UK's authorised importer of genuine Smeg spares. We are always looking to supply our spares at the best possible value. If you find the same genuine like for like Smeg spare part cheaper online elsewhere, we will match the price.

Our Terms

• The item must be available for purchase on a UK based website with shopping cart and payment facilities.
• The item must be the exact same part, so it will have to be brand new, the same colour, the same quantity and have the same manufacturers product code.
• The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK. Servevastdirect show prices including and excluding VAT.
• Auction websites like eBay, and marketplaces like Amazon are not included in the Price Promise.
• The price match promise cannot be used in conjunction with any of our own or competitor discount promotions.
• Prices typed incorrectly will not be matched.
• We will only accept one price match request per item.
• This promise may change and can be withdrawn at any time
• We do not give refunds on orders which have already been processed.
