When placing an order you will be offered a variety of different shipping options. We offer delivery via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post. We also offer delivery via DPD, our local courier company. You can also collect the order from our head office. Availability of these shipping options are dependent on the cost, size and shipping location of your order.

• We aim to ship your order from our UK warehouse within 48 hours of you placing an order with us. This is dependant on stock availability within our warehouse. An email will be sent to you to confirm whether your order is in picking or if it has had to go on backorder with our suppliers.
• Orders backordered from our suppliers in Italy should arrive in the UK within 7-10 working days (subject to stock availability with our suppliers).
• You will be notified by email when the order is despatched.
• If by request you ask for the goods to be left in a secure place without signature, this will be at your own risk and any losses will not be the responsibility of Servevast Direct.

• Our carrier will notify you of an attempted delivery. Failure to contact the carrier will result in the goods being returned to ourselves. Should the goods be returned to ourselves, carrier costs will have to be recharged.

• Should you request a change of delivery address once the goods have been despatched and it requires a change of delivery depot this will also incur a recharge of the shipping cost.

The carrier cost for the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands is set at £20.00.

The following postcode areas are considered part of the Scottish Highlands and Islands:

Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Deliveries to offshore locations are restricted to a maximum of 30kg in weight and 1m in length. Parcels outside of these restrictions will have to be shipped using other methods which may result in increased delivery costs.

You will be contacted if your order is affected by this, and given the chance to cancel your order, or, change delivery address should you think the cost of shipping is too high.

All orders shipped overseas are sent by a tracked service requiring signature.

Please Note! We cannot ship fragile items such as hob tops, oven/cooker door glasses and fridge shelves, etc. overseas as they cannot be insured.

 

Europe
For all European destinations up to £29.99 (excluding Iceland), DPD Lite Economy Service can be selected, for 'Euro Zone 1' destinations £30.00 and above DPD Express Service will be used. Euro Zone 1 destinations are Republic of Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

For orders £30.00 and above outside of 'Euro Zone 1' shipping will be advised, the cost will be emailed to you after the order is placed once ready to leave as it is obtained using the exact size and weight of the parcel. Please allow a period of 4 weeks before a claim can be made for none delivered goods, we cannot resend goods until this period has expired.
